The Ponderosa Estate opened in Eagle in July 2026 with only 16 private suites. That size is the whole point. You get time to actually sit with residents, learn their stories, and do the job right.
Manageable caseloads
Even with every suite full, daytime staffing runs about 1 Med Tech for every 5 residents. You won't be stretched across a building.

Monthly in-service training with our nurse, so you keep building skills and never feel left on your own.

Med Tech
What you'll do
- Pass medications and keep accurate records
- Help residents with daily care: dressing, bathing, mobility
- Do regular in-room checks and respond to call pendants
- Spot changes in a resident early and report them
What you need
- Current Med Tech certification (required)
- CPR and First Aid (or willing to get it)
- Experience in assisted living, home care, or similar
- Patience, reliability, and good communication
