Every suite at The Ponderosa Estate includes a private bathroom, fireplace, and personalized climate control. Each room is designed for comfort, privacy, and a true sense of home. One monthly rate covers it all — here’s how all-inclusive pricing works.

Each suite is 317 square feet of genuinely private space — not a hospital room with a curtain, but a real bedroom with a real door. Inside: an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, a fireplace, a mounted television, and climate control you set yourself, because 68 degrees is freezing to one person and perfect to the next. Suites come fully furnished with a double bed, two nightstands, and a recliner — though many families bring a favorite chair, a quilt, the photos from the hallway at home. That’s encouraged. The fastest way for a room to feel like yours is to put your life in it.

Choosing the right suite.

No two families weigh a room the same way. Some want morning light. Some want to be steps from the great room, where the coffee and conversation are. Some want the quietest corner of the house. When you visit, walk a few suites and notice where your loved one lingers — that instinct is usually right. Availability changes through the year, and we’ll always tell you plainly what’s open. And because pricing is all-inclusive, choosing a suite is a matter of preference — never a different bill.
